Pros
NTT is a quality place to work because of how it's employees (from the President to maintenance) respect each other. This is an environment for progress and growth, where each worker strives for success while helping each other achieve their goals. There are plenty of opportunities for growth with this company as it expands it's marketability with the industrial training industry.
Cons
The only thing I can think of as a con for this company is the fact that there is changes going on in the internal structure of the leadership team and consistently, to the departments those new leadership people will over see. The pro to this con is that there is a positive air to the changes. The new leadership intends to utilize the experience of its trainers while presenting a streamlined and andragogically sound instructional design to all of their courses. This change will also lead to new techniques and technologies that will make this company a leader in the field of industrial hands-on training.
