Pros

This company has previously seen its days of ups and downs, but now they are solidly headed in the right direction. Management has a united focus working all-in to drive the business forward. The people are terrific to work with, a really great group—friendly and collaborative. The benefits package is quite good, as well!

Cons

No 401-K match, this would be one bennie that would be nice to have. Also, and this is less of a con, and more of a heads up, but expect late nights and working weekends at times, it can be hectic.

Pros

* Incredibly talented people * Leading edge technologies and ways of working * Heavy focus on advanced AI throughout the system that WORKS * Excellent balance of innovation and R&D that actually makes it into meaningful production systems! The company is solving large, challenging and fun problems that benefit end users. * Multi-million dollar 2021 investment in latest hardware in both development and production. * This is a company that is not afraid to shed legacy baggage and debt. 2020 was certainly a bit tougher in this regard, NTENT came out into 2021 very strong, well funded and was able to offload a massive amount of legacy debt, replacing it with modern AI systems and the right mindset. * Agile and results focused ways of working - people's work gets to production! Some of the technical debt that was let go was some teams who appeared to be operating a "social club" type environment without a focus on completing meaningful work into production or an over focus on academic research that didn't make it into production or didn't work as needed/expected. * Good benefits. 401K matching is great. Good health care, generous PTO and 13 paid holidays a year. Very nice life balance.

Cons

Teams are a little small currently, but this is really excitement in growing out world class talent to solve game changing problems. A great problem to have!
