Some of the training is valuable. There is real deal-flow.
Cons
You won't see any of results of that deal-flow unless you are willing to submit to keep a 10:30 am - 7:30 pm schedule, without getting paid a salary. Because, although fixed hours makes you an employee, this is still, in theory, commission-only.
I say "in theory," because I never saw the company pay anyone a commission without them threatening to sue to get it.
