Working in NSIA Insurance has equipped me with diverse skills in engineering, finance, risk management and Information technology. My training and experience in Oil and Gas Risk Management and Engineering Insurance cannot be over emphasized.
Cons
It was challenging translating engineering reports to financial statements and also communicating outcome to non-engineering personnel. It was also challenging to develop financial models for engineering, oil and gas risk assessment.
