You are expect to think like a company owner which is good, however some people like to be managed than be there own boss and think like an owner. So if you don't like the responsibility then it may not be for you.

They have great benefits and the front office staff has improved immensely recently. There are four amazing shift coordinators/supervisors on the floor between three shifts. Two fresh supervisors within there first week so that is yet to be determined.

There is a supervisor that has no problem lying on his employees for his own personal gain. The floor supervisors are more worried about numbers than quality but lord have mercy if quality suffers because of being pushed for numbers. The temp services that provide us employees have a 300 percent turn over rate for our company and the pay is not even comparable to the work demand some lines work 7 day 10-12 hrs a day mandatory I could go on and on
