Pros

- Having three hours per week to exercise in the large on-site gym - Relatively relaxed atmosphere - Free lunch every so often and some team building experiences

Cons

- Still getting sued by CrossFit, so they don't have any money - Continue to hire young, inexperienced people who will work for $30k a year, which results in a chronic lack of experience and knowledge - A persistent mindset of "this is how it's always been done" so there is a complete allergy to any type of change or progress - If you're still working here, you've either given up on life, your career, or you're marking time until you retire - It's a rotating glassdoor where talent leaves the minute they can find a decent job - not hard to do, since salaries are notoriously low

Pros

Salary compensation became more reasonable over time. Work-life balance may be the greatest attribute of working here. Generally, good, hard working, and well intentioned people come to work here. Access to a very large weight room and world-class training is a big plus. Benefits are decent.

Cons

Most employees are unhappy. I would attribute this mostly a severe lack of leadership and management experience, knowledge, ability, and execution. Adding to a weak directorship is a board of directors that has a scarred history of holding the organization back from real progress. Much respect for the old-timers, but this organization is in serious need of new and innovative blood.
