Love the people I work with, the environment, and I have the best boss I've ever had in the 25 years of being employed.
Cons
You are required to come into the office 5 days a week for 8-9 hours a day. I don't think this much time in the office is necessary considering I do so much of my work after 5 pm and on the weekends. My coworkers, boss, and work environment make up for this con in spades though.
