Ability to have an entrepreneurial spirit. Well rewarded in regards to commission plan. Culture fit is important and it is a fast paced and positive environment. Fantastic health benefits and generous PTO plan.

Cons

Hard to keep up with new additions to the team due to growth. Good "Con" to have!
