      Pros

      Culture is good and the people are great to work with. Lots of benefits and a great work environment.

      Cons

      Feels like upper management has fallen to hubris on more than one occasion, rushed product launches and headcount increases. The result is Layoffs twice in the last 2 years, leading to job insecurity.
