      Great people, great product, great pipeline

      Cons

      Confusing LTI, insurance gets worse each year but more expensive, and annual raises/bonuses don’t even keep up with inflation, let alone reward outstanding performance. There is one woman in a senior leadership position.

      Great Leadership in all departments. Wonderful employees and employment engagement - very compassionate Competitive compensation structure Flexible hybrid schedule Great PTO plan, generous paid holidays, and holiday shut down
