Pros
When i started it was great, we had a wonderful supervisor, everyone was doing great in productivity, we could wear headphones while we worked and sit in chairs when it wouldn't obstruct our work..
Cons
then management switched out and we also got a new supervisor, they banned, headphones, literally threw away all the chairs, started cutting corners in quality assurance to up productivity, one of my duties was to look over harnesses for defects or mistakes and several times i was told to look the other way. not to mention there were issues with employees being exposed to chemicals which caused severe headaches that would last hours after exposure, and management denied it and wanted us to continue to work around said chemicals 'unless we were about to throw up'.
