      This is a small company in stable and gradually developed company. Nice company culture and colleagues. NRC has very professional technic in industrial. Having nice training structure. Regular time for getting off, so work life balance is certainly.

      Cons

      Pay is low that you just can get the standard income at NRC. No bonus reward would let employee lazy.
