Flexibility, fun environment, great culture, employees are valued.

I don't see any downsides to working at NPW.

There is a steady paycheck.

The environment is toxic. Management is overly emotional and does business in this manner. It's a small company and instead of the advertised family environment, its an environment full of cliques, and bad employee practices. Do not recommend working here unless something changes in management and that's highly unlikely.
