Pros

Decent pay, overtime is required.

Cons

Medical benefits are crazy expensive and worthless. You’re on call 24/7 365 days a week so you can’t go anywhere out of a 3 hour time frame from your work location and always have to be available to answer the phone. A day off is not a thing and you don’t get paid for being constantly on call.

Sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our benefits, since we offer 2 plans medical plans with employee's cost for individual coverage being $51-$78 (high/low deductible) per pay period, dental $7/per pay period, vision $5/per pay period, free life insurance, Teledoc, and many other supplemental policies, with NPI covering the majority of the employees' cost for coverage. Your site in GA has several techs, which rotate "on call" coverage, and you are paid for on call time (whether you take calls or not). We are sorry you were unhappy, but we wish you the best in whatever you do.

Cons

The pay could be more competitive
