However, if you are someone who needs constant recognition for your contributions, this company might not be the best fit for you.

The pay and benefits were the only motivational factors. They paid better than my last job, but eventually, the stress wasn't worth it.

The work ambiance was awful. The training they offered us was a joke, and there was no guidance or support from the leadership. It led to insane pressure, high workloads, and the worst work-life balance. I wouldn't recommend this workplace to even an enemy.
