Pros
Great experience with my immediate department. My supervisor was fair and a good manager. I was very happy with my position, work, coworkers, and my salary. Upper management is, unfortunately, another story completely.
Cons
Upper Management suddenly laid off many workers due to the mortgage crisis but did it in a disrespectful way. A bunch of us were let go in a Zoom Call Voicemail. Yes, you read that right. Microphone and video muted. We did not even get the benefit of a person speaking to us in a video like Better.com. We could not ask any questions nor have a chance to gather our thoughts. I can totally understand a layoff, and no one likes to be let go, but do it humanely and do not treat your employees like they don't exist. To be let go in a group voicemail call is shocking and nothing short of despicable. I would not recommend taking a position with this company for that reason alone.
