Pros
- Rapidly growing company - If you are willing to take on the responsibility, there is plenty of room to grow with the company - Employees seem to get along well throughout the departments (I work in the Salt Lake office) - Breakfast a couple times a month!
Cons
- Emotional stress (if the boss is in a bad mood, the rest of the office is in a bad mood) - With so many offices and locations, some markets/people can get lost in the shuffle and ignored - Communication with the companies partners can be difficult - High employee turnover
