Pros

You must have gotten fired for not performing the duties of the job because of years oh, less than one year of service and therefore sound a tad bit disgruntled. As a former Controller there, this position required interaction with stakeholders and team members, is fast paced and requires knowledge of Excel, formulas and spreadsheets. If you can't do that you won't survive. As for the shaming and petty remarks about Len Busche, apparently you did not make the effort to as for clarity and assistance when given a project. This job is a bit for people who needs to be handled held. This position is for a person who can hit the ground running which looks like you could not do. Therefore, take ownership for your demise and not blame others and shame on you for not making an effort! When I started there, I was in constant communication with Len Busche but unfortunately, I had to leave for personal reasons. So again take ownership! People reading this, NOVOMATIC IS a great place to work at. Benefits are fantastic, awesome staff, teamwork is great, there are some nice perks, company size is just right and so are the hours and company activities. Therefore, if you are looking for a small to medium size company to work for in an interesting environment come on over to NOVOMATIC Americas Sales LLC! You will learn a lot and they will work with you if you speak up!

Cons

Not against the company the con for me, I left on my own. No vending machines. We have drinks but not vending machines. The Fresh Fridge salad machine would be a great feature Ability to go to training classes and or conferences or meet our team from HQ in person.

Pros

Small growing company. Awesome benefits. Empowerment. Open door policy. Great staff and a few great leaders. Especially Len Busche, who I worked with for many years. As a small growing company, we all are busy. As a new person at the time, I struggled and I took the time to ask him questions and for clarity. He even connected me with people I would work with, gave me or had someone to give me a tour if the place, and that was extremely helpful. Also, no matter what department you worked in, he and a few others were there for you. To me, Len epitomized a great leader who is compassionate about his role and contributes to the success of others. TIP if you need assistance with your project, job, etc. ask the person. The staff here are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. If you don't know your stuff and misrepresent yourself on your resume or in your interview, it will show very quickly. So be prepared to justify yourself. Work hours are great, Majority of staff works M-Th 8-5, Fridays 8-3 get paid for full day. There are other staff who works on equipment and their hours fluctuate. There are monthly celebrations and at times events and a year end bonus for all!

Cons

Need a recognition and perk programs to celebrate those significant milestones Marketing needs to advertise the company more. Community needs to know who NOVOMATIC Americas are and the opportunities available.

Pros

a paycheck. Not much else to say.

Cons

Wow. That was a lot of energy for someone who “left for personal reasons.” Let me clear a few things up since you seem deeply invested: I wasn’t fired — but I’m glad you’re confident enough in your assumptions to write my HR file for me. The irony of preaching about "ownership" while jumping to conclusions and gaslighting someone's experience is… rich. You seem to think that surviving a toxic culture and knowing a few Excel formulas makes someone superior. Newsflash: being able to "hit the ground running" doesn’t mean tolerating dysfunction without question. It’s not about hand-holding — it’s about leadership, clarity, and mutual respect. If you had such a great experience, good for you — but don’t invalidate others just because their reality didn’t match your highlight reel. Also, the “Len Busche is amazing” fan letter? Totally unnecessary. If communication was that easy and accessible, others wouldn’t have had drastically different experiences. But thanks for proving my point: favoritism and selective support clearly ran deep. And as for the NOVOMATIC promo? You should really ask them to pay you for the marketing gig — you’re working harder here than most recruiters.
