      Good people and work environment Project director and Delivery team Director have good mindset They know how to lead people and projet to be succesful

      Unfortunately, like in many company, sales teams are really sales guys. They are there to sell at all cost, no matter what and it put the delivery and project team in trouble 24/7. Unrealistic deadline, unrealistic client expectation, unrealistic commitment that put pressure on delivery team to deliver the projet for free
