Nothing much , except the false promises at the beginning of good salary and good working conditions but in reality it is the opposite thing
Cons
-terrible missions , you won't learn anything - salary is below average , they lie about bonus and other things at the beginning just to make you sign with them afterwards you won't get anything -they lie about working from home policy then they force you back to the office
