I worked with some of the best people I have ever known at Nova. Dedicated, smart, empathetic, and kind. We served our most vulnerable neighbors; the addicted and those challenged with mental health issues.

It's the toughest job you'll ever love.

I have met some awesome people who are addicted and watched many overcome their addictions, repair their relationships and eventually use their experience to help others.

This nonprofit has undergone may managerial and administrative changes, none which in opinion are not beneficial to the members or direct care staff. Low pay, poor management, UNETHICAL practices, cliques and lacks diversity. I would not recommend working here.
