Don’t even know where to start… 1) HR is a joke. She has no idea what she’s doing and will make up fake laws in order to threaten you. She will insult you numerous times to try to belittle you. She herself doesn’t even follow the professional dress code assigned to us (always wearing leggings, a small shirt, and flip flops). 2) upper management WILL/HAVE altered and released false medical results. All you have to do is pay them for it. 3) I hope you enjoy favoritism because that’s all there is at that place. It doesn’t matter how well you perform as long as you’re one of the favorites you can get away with anything. People could not show up to their shifts, contaminate samples, sit in the break room all shift and it wouldn’t matter. 4) All of the CLS’s should have their licenses revoked. They don’t understand how to interpret the results after working there for years. They even have non qualified lab techs interpret the data. 5) the sexism. You can have more experience, educational background, and better lab skills but will still pay the male lab technicians more and give them raises. They’ll be annoyed and try to justify why only they got the raise and not everyone else on the team. 6) you have no benefits. Make you work on holidays but only the lab techs while everyone else gets to have the holidays off. Even if there are no samples on the holidays.
