      The company is a very ethical company with very good controls. A young aspiring Finance person can learn a great deal in very supervised conditions.

      Cons

      Very reliant upon the O&G industry so in a downturn such as this, there is a great deal of pain.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
