      good place to learn if youre just starting the career life after graduating.

      Cons

      not that many trainings on technical knowledge, duration of being a trainee is 1 year, with an additional 3 months of probation if/once converted to permanent employee.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
