Pros
Status of the company- Multinational
Cons
The company promotes itself with a “global family” image, but the reality is far from that. Management lacks basic communication skills, there are no one-on-one meetings, and performance is judged based on the director’s mood rather than actual results or effort. There is no flexibility in the job — working from home is not allowed. The environment is extremely rigid required to much reactivity to repetitive tasks. Around 95% of the workforce comes from a single region(India), creating a noticeable imbalance in culture and leadership approach. If you encounter any issues at work, you're sent directly to HR — but HR seems untrained and unhelpful, functioning more like administrative staff than true employee support. Overall, this is not a supportive or growth-oriented workplace. I wouldn’t recommend it for professionals seeking a healthy, respectful, or flexible work culture.
