-Jobpiling is the norm here -worked "teens" of hours a day 6-7 days a week -very cliquey management -too many "buddies" and "Burns & Smithers" relationships within management/supervisor staff. Too much backscratching. -toxic environment, and bullying from up the tree -not a fun office environment (like a library) -plagiarism is the norm, hard work not appreciated -poor wages -"class" system between management and general staff -training isn't transferable to other companies or jobs -very hypocritical
