      - Very friendly management - Hire from within - Community oriented - Get you up and running very quickly towards the goals you're trying to attain - Better job security than most companies in the industry

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
