      Pay increases do not keep up with inflation, if you even get a raise. Out of 14 years, compensation has only been adjusted 6 times. And they do it whenever they get around to it

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
