      Great benefits, great people, it's rare to see a company where there is so many people that work over 10 years. I like that

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
