      Pros

      Plenty of work to be done, and lots to choose from. Chances to work on different things. Work environment is somewhat laid back

      Cons

      With plenty of work there's never enough time to finish it all, so you're working hard to finish one thing while something else suffers. Upper management in my department seem to play favorites.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
