      Company benefits were comparable to other industries - nothing special.

      Cons

      Senior leaderships changes caused a negative downstream impact of employees leaving the company after several years of tenure due to very little to absolutely no effective management skills from new management. Personally saw 3 departments with 100% turnover within 9 months.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
