      Nice Environment... There's not a lot of noise and drama.

      Cons

      There are not too many cons to working here. But you will feel as though you are being taken advantage of with the workload at times.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
