      Great company, training, benefits, family time, this is the best company Ive worked for.

      Management at times is a downside, they promote who they are buddy buddy with rather that promote based on performance.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
