      Pros

      The office has a great culture compared to some of its competing companies. Upper level management will take the time to talk with anyone on a personal level and make you feel at ease. They expect a lot out of you but also give you the freedom and confidence to accomplish your task and projects.

      Cons

      If you do not like to travel a lot then I would suggest an HR position or another company. You will be expected to travel a lot for nearly any position.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
