Pros
It's a very large with a lot of resources and talented people around you. With quite a lot of training opportunities.
Cons
Too much red tape with all the policies. It is too big for its own good. It just buys companies that make money. Trying to continually bring in these mishmash of companies and make them fit as is does not work well.
