      Pros

      Mostly good people to work with, benefits are great, and brand names are still pretty strong.

      Cons

      Pay is low and bonus is almost non existent recently. Rig upper management is out of touch with its customers.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
