Bonus plans for all associates short and long term bonus plans, manufacturing bonuses, great benefits, team-building activities monthly, birthday/anniversary monthly, Annual Christmas party at restaurant, occasional raffles for prizes with benefits/perks. A lot of opportunity.
Cons
Like all companies, there was occasional nepotism regarding succession planning. Succession planning should come along with certification and preparation in training into the new role. Perhaps shadowing an great ideal manager for 2-3 months prior.
