      Pros

      Work-life balance Accelerated in learning for those that are fresh out of college with no working experience. Co workers are friendly

      Cons

      3-4 months in, you realize that this is just an ordinary desk job and it is a great job if you just work for the paycheck. However, not a great option if you want to progress in your career. Not much opportunities to progress.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
