Cons
Non-stop politics in the work place. Everyone does not hesitate to throw you under the bus for their mistake. Got to the point, where I would only communicate through e-mail. 'Time in seat' vs work output mentality. People would get promoted into a technical role without the technical knowledge. Think along the lines of a car mechanic being asked to do open heart surgery.
