HR wise, it is very good.
Cons
No raises, unless you move positions. If you move positions, only a 10% max pay raise is allowed. Extremely political and managers want to build things to make themselves look good. No team concept for most managers. Working weekends without a comp day or any form of compensation is "NOV's expectation of you".
