      The culture of sharing and working together is great. Hours can be flexible if you have the right boss. Great benefits!

      Cons

      Less than competitive salaries so this can be a good place to get your start in O&G. If you get a bad boss life can be hell. A good one life is great!

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
