Pros
Flexible hours, great drilling experience, it is left up to you on what you make out of it, creative environment, and laid back bosses.
Cons
Internal trainings are awful and a waste of time, it takes forever to do anything outside of your team, a lot of meetings, too many finger in your pie, and hard to get rid of people that do not do their daily job.
