      Plenty of o.t. good pay great benefits okay food stressful environment!!!!!

      Cons

      Only two days off a month!!!!!! 12 hours a day for 13 days straight have no time with family or friends can't get anything else done with only two days off!!!!!! Bull$&!@ !!!!!!!

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
