Job security for anyone who is prepared to put up with the lack of organisation/management. The turn around of service engineers here is ridiculous, I’ve seen a lot come and go in a very short space of time.
Cons
The job is a con! You’ll soon see if you choose to work here. Promised big money but never seen it. You’ll be left to figure your own way around procedures. The training that was offered at the start was none existent. Almost everyone in the department appears to be depressed. Guaranteed motivation killer this job.
