      Good coworkers, dedicated and knowledgeable. They deserve better than 6 years of salary freeze while management gets bonuses and increases.

      Bosses who don’t have empathy for their employees, support them or understand their work tasks.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
