      Great offices, very professional, nice benefits, a lots of different locations to choose, you get to meet many different cultures and people, the technology is great and very good products as well as many products

      Cons

      You are only a number, management only cares about sales, not very friendly to work for, defensive environment, the company is not investing in new technology and letting competitors take control of innovation

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
