      Pros

      Genuinely good people all around. Everyone is capable in their jobs and generally maintains a good attitude. Benefits outside of base pay are typically very good.

      Cons

      Very disjointed culture due to the growth by acquisition way of doing things. A lot of people working on the same thing but from different perspectives. Base compensation can typically be a bit low.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
