      Pros

      They have excellent benefits. Business always seems good so long term employment is a plus.

      Cons

      At the Sugarland facility management is terrible. You have to be in the inner circle to advance or be bad at your job. People are viewed as expendable so there is a large turnover in employees. You hardly ever see people smile out there.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Cons

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
