      Career advancement opportunities, exposure to international business practices, great approach to employee development

      Sometimes impersonal due to number and distribution of employees, and in some cases, global / country practices outside of the US are not aligned with the NOV core values.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
