      Good thing to work in NOV, less overtime even for upper management level is almost zero overtime. Provide transport pick in most of destination

      Cons

      For executive level, no bonus and increment freeze for quite sometimes. No room for enhancement unless for routine job.

      Very work/life balance friendly. Very strong benefits package.

      Very Siloed. NOV is the result of over 100 acquisitions and the fractured condition of systems and procedures is evident. Leadership is working on it.
